Fostering a culture of safety
SSTEC actively promotes “prevention foremost” as its safety code of conduct through channels such as posters, videos and brochures. Informative safety trainings and briefings are also conducted to continue to raise staff participation rates and to develop self-awareness of safety culture among staff. This ensures the safe execution of tasks and staff’s personal safety.
SSTEC believes in “putting people first” and cares for its staff’s physical and mental health. It continually strengthens its efforts in occupational health management, actively improving its working environment and promoting a healthy lifestyle. SSTEC provides its staff with a high-quality, free-of-charge fitness centre and a nutritionally balanced lunch and encourages staff to maintain their fitness by actively participating in fitness activities. SSTEC also looks after its staff’s health by organising annual health check-ups for them, which also fosters a sense of belonging. All in all, these measures drive the long-term and stable development of the company.
